她是在查看了FTX和Alameda Research(Bankman-Fried的交易公司)之间的“支付代理协议”后提出这个问题。

超过 550 万个 SOL(按当前价格计算,价值 1.22 亿美元)和略多于 24,000 个 ETH(价值 3000 万美元)已被质押,区块链上可显示单独的交易
Ex-Alameda CEO Caroline Ellison Says Sam Bankman-Fried Directed Her To Commit Crimes As Trial Enters Week TwoFormer Alameda Research chief executive Caroline Ellison says former FTX CEO Sam Bankman-Fried directed her to commit fraud.
Ellison said Alameda, the trading arm of FTX, took around $14 billion from the exchange’s customers and used it for investments between 2020 and 2022, according to lengthy court transcripts from Bankman-Fried’s trial released by Inner City Press on the social media platform X.
Ellison says Bankman-Fried “set up the systems and told us to take the money.” She also says Alameda defrauded lenders by sending balance sheets “that made Alameda look less risky than it was.”
Ellison notes that she and Bankman-Fried “started sleeping together on and off in the summer of 2020” and dated for a while before breaking up. She says the former FTX CEO told her about his ambition to become president of the United States.
FTX filed for bankruptcy last November after its native asset collapsed and it was forced to halt customer withdrawals. Ellison says the exchange couldn’t give its customers their money because Alameda had used their assets to repay lenders.
Bankman-Fried faces a slew of charges for allegedly defrauding customers, mishandling billions of dollars worth of their funds and making illegal political donations. If convicted, he could face more than 100 years in prison.
Ellison pled guiltyto fraud charges last December and is reportedly cooperating with Bankman-Fried’s prosecution.

Sam Bankman-Fried blamed Binance for balance sheet leak to media: Court evidenceAn internal document was revealed in court showing Sam Bankman-Fried believed Binance leaked Alameda’s balance sheet to the media in 2022.
Evidence presented in court as a part of the ongoing criminal trial against Sam “SBF” Bankman-Fried, former CEO of crypto exchange FTX, reveals SBF believed Binance leaked an Alameda balance sheet to the media in 2022.
On Oct. 11, Caroline Ellison, former CEO of Alameda Research, said SBF created a memo that dates back to Nov. 6, 2022 and that outlined possible investors and other parties to reach out for a bailout.
According to the document, Bankman-Fried wrote that Binance had been “engaging in a PR campaign against us.”
It continued to say that Binance “leaked a balance sheet; blogged about it; fed it to Coindesk; then announced very publicly that they were selling $500m of FTT in response to it while telling customers to be wary of FTX.”
On Nov. 2, 2022, CoinDesk reported that it saw a balance sheet from Alameda and that the firm was possibly not in good standing. This was a key event in the lead-up to the run on FTX and its ultimate bankruptcy.
SBF also noted that FTX was capitalized but not entirely liquid, which Ellison clarified by saying that out of the $12 billion in client assets said to be held by the exchange, only $4 billion was available to process withdrawals.

The document also revealed Justin Sun, the founder of the Tron network and a Huobi adviser, as a potential investor — though it reads that it “turns out he’s close to [Binance CEO] CZ.”
Inner City Press, which has been in the courtroom, reported on X (formerly Twitter) that Ellison said she was “stressed” when Changpeng Zhao tweeted about liquidating his share of FTX Token (FTT).
Ellison: The tweet characterizes the delay as being about anti-spam and nodes. But we just didn't have the money.
AUSA: Are these the tweets of CZ of Binance?
Ellison: Yes. He tweeted, "we have decided to liquidate any FTT on our books." I was stressed out.

This is the second weekof Bankman-Fried’s criminal trial. He faces seven charges of conspiracy and fraud tied to the collapse of FTX, to which he has pleaded not guilty.
A second trial is scheduled for sometime in March 2024, during which SBF will face another six charges, including bank fraud and foreign bribery conspiracy charges.
Ellison has been a key witness in the trial thus far and is scheduled for cross-examination by the defense’s attorneys on Oct. 12.

FTX hacker moves $120M amid Sam Bankman-Fried trial: ReportThe blockchain analytics firm Elliptic didn't rule out the possibility of an FTX inside job being behind the $477 million hack.
Anonymous hackers of the now-defunct exchange FTX have been moving large amounts of assets stolen from the platform, with new transactions occurring just as the ongoing trial of FTX founder Sam Bankman-Friedgets underway.
As much as 72,500 Ether (ETH) of stolen assets from FTX has awakened for the first time since the exchange was hacked in November 2022, the blockchain analytics firm Elliptic reportedon Oct. 12.
According to Elliptic, the thief has converted $120 million worth of ETH into Bitcoin (BTC) through the multi-chain decentralized exchange (DEX) THORSwap since Sept. 30, 2023.
The first converting transactions were made just a few days before Bankman-Fried’s trial started on Oct. 3. At the time of the hack, the converted amount was worth $87 million, or 18% of the total stolen funds of $477 million.
The FTX hacker applied a similar laundering technique to the one deployed soon they stole the funds when the thief transferred 65,000 ETH ($100,000) to BTC using the cross-chain bridge RenBridge in November last year.
“The 180,000 ETH that was not converted to Bitcoin through RenBridge remained dormant until the early hours of Sep. 30, 2023 — by which time it was worth $300 million,” Elliptic wrote in the new report.

Elliptic mentioned that the FTX hacker lost $94 million in the days following the hack as the attacker rushed to launder the funds through decentralized exchanges, cross-chain bridges and mixers.

Almost a year after the hack, the identity of the FTX thief is still unknown, Elliptic noted. The blockchain analytics firm suggested three potential possibilities for who could be behind the FTX theft, including an FTX inside job, North Korea’s Lazarus Group and Russia-linked criminal groups.
“Some FTX employees would have had access to the business’s crypto assets in order to move them for operational reasons. In the chaos surrounding the company’s bankruptcy and collapse, it may have been possible for an internal actor to take these assets,” the Elliptic’s report reads.

A Saudi Prince, Chinese Government Officials, and Thai Prostitutes: Former Alameda Research CEO’s Damning Testimony Continues against Sam Bankman-FriedA Saudi Prince, Chinese Government Officials, and Thai Prostitutes: Former Alameda Research CEO’s Damning Testimony Continues against Sam Bankman-Fried
Caroline Ellison, former Alameda Research CEO and ex-girlfriend of disgraced FTX founder Sam Bankman-Fried, stunned the jury today in Manhattan Federal Court when she revealed startling claims involving Alameda Research’s ties to international government officials.
Taking the stand for the first time yesterday, Ellison admitted to falsifying a number of balance sheets to make investing in the crypto hedge fund seem “less risky than it was and to hide the fact we were borrowing tens of billions of dollars from FTX customers.”
"I knew it was wrong"
Testifying under a cooperation agreement with the US government,Ellison appeared to be remorseful, calling her actions “wrong.”
Moreover, the former Alameda CEO said that she had been left in “a constant of dread” in the lead-up to FTX’s collapse. By 2022, Alameda Research’s total assets, which were mostly illiquid, totaled $21 billion, while their liabilities were estimated at over $14 billion.
Ellison testified that she and Bankman-Fried predicted and analyzed a number of “bad market scenarios” that could tank their crypto empire.
At one point, Ellison calculated there was 100% probability they would not be able to repay their loans should the crypto market experience a downturn while they attempted large venture investments. Nonetheless, Bankman-Fried charged on, instructing Ellison to repay their loans using customers’ funds on FTX.
“Every day, I was worrying about the possibility of customer withdrawals and worried about this getting as well as who it would it hurt,” she stated.
Bankman-Fried tried to raise FTX funds while utilizing discreet messaging
With little remaining sources of capital left, Ellison recalled Bankman-Fried attempting to raise funds for his company by selling shares to the Crown Prince of Saudia Arabia, Mohammed bin Salman Al Saud. However, these attempts ultimately proved futile.
Ellison further alleged that Bankman-Fried was concerned about the subject matter of his employees’ conversations coming back to haunt him, even going so far as enabling an automatic deletion feature on their company’s end-to-end encrypted messaging platform, Signal. “Sensitive conversations were saved for Signal, in-person, or not at all,” Ellison added.
Moreover, she testified that Bankman-Fried instructed that company communication should “The New York Times Test,” meaning employees should only communicate information they would be comfortable reading as a headline in the newspaper.
Bankman-Fried bribed Chinese government officials
However, one of the most damning pieces of evidence came when Ellison recalled Bankman-Fried bribing Chinese government officials to unlock Alameda’s frozen trading accounts. These accounts were held on exchanges called OKX and Huobi, with those belonging to Alameda Research holding over $1 billion in assets.
According to Ellison, their bribery came as a last resort after hiring a lawyer who failed to negotiate with several Chinese officials. Following this, they unsuccessfully attempted to use the trading accounts of several Thai prostitutes in order to unlock their funds.
When a trader for Alameda Research attempted to dissuade Bankman-Fried from bribing the Chinese government, the fallen “King of Crypto” yelled at her to “shut the f–k up!”
Bankman-Fried sat silent in the courtroom, resting his hand slightly over his mouth. Ellison remained somewhat hunched as she calmly continued her testimony.
After a detailed review of Alameda Research’s financial documents, the prosecution announced they were submitting one last balance sheet into evidence.
“Microsoft stock must be plunging then,” Kaplan joked.
Having pled guilty to seven different fraud charges, Ellison is expected to finish her time on the stand this week. It is currently unclear if Bankman-Fried will testify in his own defense.
Sam Bankman-Fried considered selling FTX equity to Saudi crown prince, says Caroline EllisonTestimony from the former Alameda Research CEO continued on the sixth day of Sam Bankman-Fried’s criminal trial, delving into potential investments prior to FTX’s bankruptcy.
Former Alameda Research CEO Caroline Ellisonclaimed in court that Sam “SBF” Bankman-Fried attempted to raise equity for FTX by considering an investment from Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman, or MBS.
Addressing the court at SBF’s criminal trial on Oct. 11, Ellison reportedly saidshe had discussed ways of hedging Alameda investments with Bankman-Fried in 2022. According to the former Alameda CEO, Bankman-Fried said that MBS was a potential investor in the crypto exchange prior to its collapse in November.
The potential investment by MBS was one of the notes mentioned in one of Ellison’s online journalstitled “Things Sam is Freaking Out About,” which prosecutors said in August they could present at trial. According to her testimony, the list included “raising funds from MBS” as well as turning regulators against crypto exchange Binance.
With a net worth in the billions, MBS — both crown prince and prime minister of Saudi Arabia — has made investments into blockchain gamingthrough the nation’s sovereign wealth fund. However, he was also reportedly connectedto the 2018 assassination of Washington Post journalist Jamal Khashoggi at the Saudi consulate in Istanbul.
This is a developing story, and further information will be added as it becomes available.

Prior to his crypto empire’s collapse eleven months ago, disgraced FTX boss Sam Bankman-Fried (SBF) lived on a lavish Bahamas property alongside nine close friends, accomplices, and fellow executives.
Some of those executives included FTX co-founder Gary Wangand SBF’s ex-girlfriend, Caroline Ellison, who he appointed to lead FTX’s sister hedge fund Alameda Research. Today those same two executives testify against Bankman-Fried, in court having pled guilty to their own acts of fraud.
During the first week of the ex-billionaire's trial, prosecutors dug into how exactly the group paid for their luxurious 11-500 square foot home.
Government lawyers presented a series of photos featuring “Orchid,” a penthouse Condo in which the co-workers reside overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. The Orchid is considered the crown jewel of the 600-acre Albany oceanside resort and features backing from numerous wealthy celebrities including Tiger Woods and Justin Timberlake.
In his own testimony, senior FTX developer Adam Yedidia said Alameda was responsible for buying the $35 million penthouse. The government included into evidence a text exchange from Bankman-Fried in which he admitted that he’d “been assuming that it’s basically just Alameda paying for it in the end.”
Michael Lewis captured the penthouse’s glamor in an excerpt from his new book on Bankman-Fried, “Going Infinite: The Rise and Fall of a New Tycoon.” He wrote:
“At night its penthouse was lit purple, and the purple light made it seem glamorous, and elicited envy even from those accustomed to being envied.”
Alameda’s Sheer Debt
Yedidia said that he and Bankman-Fried spoke about concerns the latter had about FTX’s business outside the resort, near a group of six stadium-lit padel courts. Yedidia said he discovered an $8 billion debt that Alameda owed FTX in the summer of 2022, which matched the shortfall FTX faced on customer deposits when it finally collapsed last year.
“Because if they spend the money that belongs to the FTX customers, then it’s not there to give the FTX customers should they withdraw,” Yedidia testified.
Yedidia said he resigned from FTX a day before it filed for bankruptcy after a fellow developer told him the exchange had used customer deposits to pay back Alameda’s creditors. According to Ellison’s testimony on Tuesday, Alameda had taken upwards of $10 billion from FTX customers to pay off creditors, all at Bankman-Fried’s order.FTX
