BlockSec: PancakeSwap BCE-USDT Pool Attacked, Losses Approximately $679,000

Techub News reports, according to BlockSec monitoring, the PancakeSwap BCE-USDT liquidity pool on the BSC chain was attacked several hours ago, resulting in a loss of approximately $679,000. The cause lies in a flawed burn mechanism of the BCE token, where the attacker deployed two malicious contracts to bypass buying and selling restrictions and triggered a burn operation within the token pool, thereby stealing about $679,000 from the BCE-USDT pool.
