Platform Service User Agreement

I. User Rights and Obligations

• Users have the right to browse, view, purchase, and perform other actions on our platform, but must comply with relevant laws, regulations, and platform rules.
• Users shall provide true, accurate, and complete information to the platform and update their registration details promptly.
• When using the platform’s services, users shall abide by the principle of honesty and good faith, and shall not maliciously register accounts, publish false information, or engage in fraudulent activities by any means.
• When using platform services, users shall comply with relevant laws, regulations, and platform rules, and shall not infringe upon the lawful rights and interests of others.
• If users discover violations by other users, they may report such behavior to the platform, and the platform will take appropriate measures as needed.

II. Privacy Protection

• The platform will strictly comply with relevant laws and regulations on personal information protection, and adopt reasonable security measures to safeguard users’ personal information.
• When registering or using platform services, users shall provide true, accurate, and complete personal information.
• Users are solely responsible for properly preserving their account information and passwords. If disclosure or misuse results from users’ own actions, the platform bears no liability.
• If users need to modify or delete their personal information, they may contact the platform’s customer service for processing.

III. Disclaimer

• The services provided by the platform are offered on an “as is” basis. Users acknowledge and agree that the platform makes no express or implied guarantees for the services they choose.
• Users agree to bear risks arising from the use of platform services, including but not limited to communication failures, computer virus infections, and network interruptions.
• The platform shall not assume responsibility for service interruptions, data loss, or other damages caused by force majeure.
• Any terms used in this agreement, including but not limited to “exemption from liability,” “compensation,” “quality commitment,” and “non-infringement,” are integral parts of the agreement and have the same legal effect.

IV.

Dispute Resolution: The interpretation and execution of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. If any dispute arises concerning the content or performance of this Agreement, both parties shall try to resolve it amicably through consultation; if consultation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to the people’s court with jurisdiction at the location of the defendant.

V. Other Provisions

• This Agreement shall take effect when users begin using our platform services.
• This Agreement may be modified or updated at any time. The revised Agreement will be published on the platform, and users should pay attention to updates in a timely manner.
• This Agreement constitutes the complete agreement between the parties and has the same legal effect. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, this Agreement cannot be transferred or inherited.
