Techub News 消息，币安（Binance）宣布将于北京时间 11 月 1 日 14:00 至 17:00 期间，开始分阶段恢复提现服务。第一阶段将开放 BTC、ETH、USDT、BNB、SOL、USDC、XRP 等多个网络及资产的提现。 公告称，暂停提现是为进行安全审查与资产回填。目前，BTC、ETH、USDT 等十大代币已实现 100% 足额储备支持，币安已补足约 95% 的受影响资产。平台承诺承担此次安全事件的全部损失。 币安表示，提现恢复初期可能因流量较大出现延迟，建议用户如遇失败可稍后重试。充值服务一直正常运行。（Binance on X）
