Ethereum Consensus Client ethlambda v1.0.0 Released, Supports Mainnet and Gloas Upgrade

Techub News reports that @trent_vanepps tweeted that the Ethereum consensus client ethlambda has released version v1.0.0, supporting the full Beacon Chain functionality including the Gloas upgrade. The client is developed in Rust and is currently running on the Ethereum mainnet, Sepolia, Hoodi, and Platåberget networks. The ethlambda team stated that their Sepolia validator nodes have successfully transitioned to the Glamsterdam upgrade without any issues. The team is also exploring the possibility of bundling the execution layer (EL) and consensus layer (CL) clients into a single client. Ethlambda is developed by the Lambda team and aims to enhance client diversity on the Ethereum network together with the execution layer client ethrex. The team's next steps include further improving performance, participating in the Hegotá interoperability development network, and introducing post-quantum cryptography to the Beacon Chain.
