Techub News reports, according to Digital Asset, the Seoul Central District Court in South Korea dismissed the applications from the Flow Foundation and Dapper Labs to halt the delisting of FLOW by Upbit, Bithumb, and Coinone. These three exchanges previously decided to terminate trading support for the Flow token due to the FLOW hacking incident that occurred in February. The court found that the current evidence is insufficient to suspend the delisting decision, and the exchanges' judgment regarding unresolved risks is not clearly erroneous, emphasizing the priority of protecting potential investors. Trading support for FLOW on Upbit, Bithumb, and Coinone will end as scheduled at 3:00 PM on the 16th. FLOW can still be traded on other exchanges such as Korbit and Binance.
Techub News reports that the Flow Foundation has announced, in conjunction with Dapper Labs, the submission of an application to the Seoul Central District Court in South Korea. The application requests a suspension of the decision by three exchanges in the country—Upbit, Bithumb, and Coinone—to terminate FLOW trading support on March 16. The statement notes that all major global exchanges have restored full FLOW services. This week, Binance and the Flow Foundation jointly released a solution and removed the monitoring tag, a move independently confirmed by HTX. In South Korea, Korbit has also restored FLOW services following its own review.
Techub News, the Flow Foundation tweeted that shortly after the FLOW security incident, a single account on a certain exchange deposited approximately 150 million FLOW (about 10% of the total supply) in a concentrated manner, exchanged part of it for Bitcoin, and then withdrew over $5 million within a few hours before the network interruption. The Flow Foundation stated that this process exposed flaws in the exchange's AML/KYC procedures and shifted financial risks to users who unknowingly purchased the tokens; meanwhile, its forensic analysis also found significant abnormal trading patterns in the exchange's FLOW market before and after the incident that were inconsistent with normal trading. The Foundation also mentioned that it had requested clarification through operational channels regarding the related trading patterns but received no response.
