The Flow Foundation has accused a certain exchange of abnormal deposits and cash-out withdrawals of 150 million FLOW during a security incident.

Techub News, the Flow Foundation tweeted that shortly after the FLOW security incident, a single account on a certain exchange deposited approximately 150 million FLOW (about 10% of the total supply) in a concentrated manner, exchanged part of it for Bitcoin, and then withdrew over $5 million within a few hours before the network interruption. The Flow Foundation stated that this process exposed flaws in the exchange's AML/KYC procedures and shifted financial risks to users who unknowingly purchased the tokens; meanwhile, its forensic analysis also found significant abnormal trading patterns in the exchange's FLOW market before and after the incident that were inconsistent with normal trading. The Foundation also mentioned that it had requested clarification through operational channels regarding the related trading patterns but received no response.
