Techub News, @WuBlockchain tweeted that the Hyperliquid Policy Committee (HPC) has submitted formal feedback to the European Commission regarding the evolution of the Markets in Crypto-Assets (MiCA) regulation, marking its first regulatory document submission outside the United States. The Committee advocates that the EU should build upon the existing framework rather than creating a new system, arguing that tool classifications should follow economic substance over form, allowing perpetual futures to be regulated under MiFID II through existing ESMA guidelines without the need for new legislation. The Committee emphasized that perpetual trading on a transparent central limit order book should not be subject to the stringent retail restrictions designed for bilateral contracts for difference (CFDs). Simultaneously, HPC calls on EU regulators to acknowledge the native verifiability of public blockchains to eliminate redundant reporting requirements for data already recorded on-chain, and to ensure that European investors have unrestricted access to global liquidity pools.
Techub News reported that the Hyperliquid Policy Committee (HPC) submitted feedback to the European Commission regarding the targeted consultation on the evolution of the MiCA framework. This marks its first policy submission outside the United States. HPC called on the EU to moderately calibrate based on the existing financial regulatory framework rather than overhauling it entirely. Its core propositions include: adhering to the classification principle of 'technological neutrality and economic substance,' recommending the explicit inclusion of on-chain perpetual contracts under MiFID II regulation through existing ESMA guidelines; emphasizing that perpetual contracts, based on public central limit order book matching, differ from traditional contracts for difference and should not mechanically apply the stringent retail restrictions targeting the latter; and advocating for regulatory recognition of the transparency of public chains to relieve regulated institutions from the redundant reporting burden of submitting already publicly on-chain data.
Techub News reports that the UK Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) is seeking feedback on its interpretation of specific digital asset regulatory activities under its crypto roadmap. This consultation covers how activities such as stablecoin issuance, trading platforms, custody, and staking will be brought within the regulatory perimeter. The consultation will close on June 3, 2026, and crypto firms can apply for FCA authorization starting from September 30, 2026. The FCA stated that the consultation on the rules for the future cryptoasset regime is largely complete, and a policy statement will be published this summer. Until the new legislative regime is implemented in 2027, cryptoassets remain largely unregulated in the UK, except for financial promotion and financial crime purposes.
Techub News reports, according to Cointelegraph, the UK Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) has initiated a consultation process on guidance for the future cryptocurrency regulatory regime, with the new rules expected to be formally implemented on October 25, 2027. This consultation aims to assist businesses in clarifying compliance requirements under the new regime in specific areas such as stablecoin issuance, crypto trading, custody, and staking. The feedback window will close on June 3, 2026. According to the plan, UK crypto regulation will gradually transition from the current initial phase limited to financial promotions and anti-money laundering to comprehensive governance covering trading platforms, prudential standards, listing disclosures, and anti-market abuse. Eligible companies can submit authorization applications starting from September 2026, with the application period ending in February 2027. The FCA emphasizes that even if previously registered under current anti-money laundering regulations, all institutions providing regulated cryptocurrency services must still obtain formal authorization under the Financial Services and Markets Act and cannot be automatically approved.

Techub News: Binance announced that users with an Alpha Points score greater than or equal to 144 can participate in the Prime Sale event for yieldbasis token YB through the Alpha event page. Participating in this event does not consume points.
Techub News, Binance Wallet's first Prime Sale Pre-TGE launches the yieldbasis token YB. The subscription period is from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM on October 13, 2025, Hong Kong Time. Eligible users must use Alpha points to participate. Compared to other Pre-TGEs, the Prime Sale Pre-Token Generation Event (Pre-TGE) is a new model designed to give users earlier access to projects with relatively more mature products. These projects are typically difficult for most users to access before the Token Generation Event (TGE). Building upon the Binance Wallet Pre-TGE experience, the Prime Sale Pre-TGE provides more users with access to the Token Generation Event (TGE) of such projects. The mechanism for the Prime Sale Pre-TGE is similar to previous Pre-TGEs in Binance Wallet. During the Prime Sale, users can subscribe to project tokens within Binance Wallet. The subscription process adopts an oversubscription model, where each user can deposit up to a pre-set amount of BNB. Token allocation is proportional to the total amount of BNB deposited by all participants. After the subscription period ends, users can claim the allocated tokens via the Assets tab.
