Bitwise Advisor: Nasdaq Proposal Only Unifies Bitcoin and Ethereum ETF Option Position Limits to 250,000 Contracts

Techub News reports that Bitwise advisor Jeff Park tweeted that the Nasdaq-related proposal did not cancel the IBIT option position limit or allow unlimited leverage. The actual content of the proposal is to remove the 25,000 non-standard position cap for Bitcoin ETFs such as FBTC, ARKB, HODL, and some Ethereum ETFs, making them uniformly subject to the 250,000 standard cap, aligning with IBIT and BITB. Jeff Park stated that IBIT's application to increase the position cap to 1 million was submitted last November but has not yet been approved, and the current cap remains 250,000.
