Source: Hong Kong to Issue Stablecoin Licenses to HSBC, Standard Chartered, and OSL

According to a report by Sing Tao Daily citing multiple sources, HSBC, Standard Chartered, and the Hong Kong-based virtual asset trading platform OSL will be among the first companies to obtain Hong Kong's stablecoin licenses. The report stated that the list may be announced as early as next week, but it is not yet finalized and is still subject to change. The Hong Kong Monetary Authority said it does not comment on market rumors.
