The aim is to build an integrated capital market and fund management platform covering the entire lifecycle of projects from launch to expansion. Following the acquisition, Autonomous will continue to operate independently, providing support for the launch and operation of tokenized organizations; Architech will be integrated into the core of GSR's digital asset consulting business. The platform will focus on strengthening the treasury management capabilities of crypto projects, including liquidity planning, cash flow forecasting, risk management, and asset allocation strategies, driving the transformation of crypto funds from passive holding to sustainable returns and diversified allocation.
