The related address balance currently shows 0, indicating the assets may have been liquidated. This action conflicts with Executive Order No. 14233 (EO 14233) signed by Trump on March 6, 2025, which established a "Strategic Bitcoin Reserve" and required that relevant confiscated bitcoins be added to the reserve and not sold.
