Techub News, Ronin has announced the completion of its migration to Ethereum, officially transforming into an Ethereum Layer 2 based on the OP Stack. This migration reduces RON's annual issuance from 45 million to 5 million tokens, a decrease of 90%, reaching an all-time low.
Led by Conduit, this migration achieved the largest blockchain state migration in history while retaining RON as the gas token. Under the new tokenomics model, future emissions will be directed straight to ecosystem builders through the Proof of Distribution system. Meanwhile, the treasury has unlocked three new sources of revenue.
