After Gemini's IPO, multiple executives resigned, with the COO, CFO, and CLO stepping down simultaneously.

Techub News reported, according to Bloomberg, that cryptocurrency trading platform Gemini announced the departure of three executives within months of its IPO, including Chief Operating Officer Marshall Beard, Chief Financial Officer Dan Chen, and Chief Legal Officer Tyler Meade, effective immediately. Gemini stated that Beard's departure was not due to any disagreement with the company, and he also resigned from his position on the board. The company does not currently plan to appoint a new COO, with some of those responsibilities to be taken over by co-founder Cameron Winklevoss.
