Bitwise acquires staking service provider Chorus One

Techub News reports that Bitwise has completed the acquisition of staking infrastructure provider Chorus One, which currently manages over $2.2 billion in staked assets. This acquisition expands Bitwise's staking capabilities to more than 30 blockchain networks, including Solana, Hyperliquid, Monad, Avalanche, and Sui. Approximately 50 employees from Chorus One will join Bitwise Onchain Solutions, a division already managing billions of dollars in staked crypto assets. Bitwise CEO Hunter Horsley stated that staking remains one of the most attractive growth opportunities for its thousands of clients holding spot crypto assets, as holders can earn annualized rewards ranging from 2% to 10% by locking their tokens.
