Techub News消息，据Bitcoinist报道，美国总统数字资产顾问委员会执行主任Patrick Witt称，目标在7月4日前通过CLARITY Act，作为美国250周年生日礼物。该法案计划本月完成银行委员会标记，6月在参议院通过，随后在众议院投票。银行贸易团体认为草案在禁止稳定币收益方面「不达标」，计划增加游说。参议员Kirsten Gillibrand则表示，除非增加禁止官员持有加密货币行业关联的条款，否则法案可能推迟至8月第一周。
