Nebius acquires Eigen AI for $643M, consolidating MIT inference talent

Eigen AI was founded by members of the MIT HAN Lab and focuses on optimizing model inference efficiency. This acquisition is Nebius' second recent deal, following its $275 million acquisition of Tavily in February. Eigen AI's technology will be integrated into the Nebius Token Factory platform to improve model inference efficiency and computational economics.
