Arthur Hayes: 99% of altcoins going to zero doesn’t mean the end of the industry

Techub News, According to WuBlockchain, BitMEX co-founder Arthur Hayes said in an interview with CoinDesk at the Consensus conference on May 5 that despite accelerated institutional adoption, 99% of altcoins will eventually go to zero, but this does not mean the end of the cryptocurrency industry.

He believes that altcoins will not die out due to institutionalization, and the market will remain vibrant. This view emphasizes the self-cleaning mechanism of the cryptocurrency market, where even if most projects fail, the industry as a whole will continue to develop.
