Ethereum Foundation: Ethereum's sell-off follows fiscal discipline policy

The foundation has sold approximately 20,000 Ethereum since 2026, raising over $45 million to replenish operational reserves. The foundation currently holds about 92,500 Ethereum (worth approximately $215 million) in liquid reserves and 53,000 Ethereum in staked assets. It stated that staking rewards will reduce reliance on sales, and the sell-off scale accounts for only about 0.25% of the average daily trading volume, which the market can easily absorb.
