Techub News消息，据Cointelegraph报道，韩国金融服务委员会（FSC）正加速推进代币化证券监管框架落地工作，该框架将于2027年2月4日全面实施，标志着韩国首个受监管的代币化证券发行与交易环境正式启动。
该框架将区块链账本合法认可为证券登记处，使代币化资产纳入正式监管。FSC于2026年1月15日公布修正案，设定一年准备期供市场适应新规则，标志着代币化证券从实验阶段进入合规发行与交易阶段。
