Metaplanet plans to issue Japan's first bitcoin perpetual preferred stock.

Techub News, according to U.Today, Metaplanet CEO Simon Gerovich revealed that the company plans to launch Japan’s first Bitcoin-based perpetual preferred stock, which will become Japan’s seventh listed preferred stock and the first perpetual structured product. The company stated that the listing of the product has been delayed due to the need to comply with Japanese regulatory standards and to design a more frequent dividend distribution mechanism (including consideration of monthly dividends). Metaplanet has established a six-quarter track record of Bitcoin revenue operations, demonstrating its ability to generate stable cash flows under varying market conditions.
