If allocated at the moderate 2% ratio he recommends, it would bring $160 billion in capital inflows to the market, a scale roughly three times that of BlackRock's IBIT. Previously reported, Morgan Stanley has submitted a Bitcoin ETF amendment, confirming it will be listed on NYSE Arca.
