Techub News, Nordea Bank AB announced that it will offer clients exchange-traded products tracking Bitcoin. Nordea stated that as Europe's cryptocurrency regulatory environment matures and the demand for virtual currencies and cryptocurrencies in the Nordic region continues to grow, it has decided to allow clients to trade cryptocurrency-related products on its platform. Nordea will permit clients to trade a cryptocurrency-related product developed by an external company on its platform. This new product, developed by CoinShares, will launch on the Nordea Bank platform in December this year. The product is a so-called synthetic ETP, with Bitcoin as the underlying asset, and is targeted at experienced investors seeking alternative asset allocation.
