Malaysia's central bank launches three-year real-world asset tokenization exploration program

The central bank's latest report outlines a phased implementation plan: proof-of-concept and pilot projects in 2026, followed by expanded trials in 2027. The bank has invited industry participants to submit feedback on application cases by March 1, 2026, but has also clearly defined which cases are eligible for experimentation.
