Techub News reported that the Urumqi High-tech Public Security Bureau stated that on March 25, during a patrol in key areas under their jurisdiction, police officers from the Ergong Township Police Station successfully dismantled an illegal electronic "mining rig" repair den. On-site verification revealed that a large number of disassembled and pending-repair "mining rig" devices were stored in a warehouse within the Xiaowei Enterprise Park on Yuhang Road in the Xinshi District, suspected of violating national regulations that comprehensively prohibit the production, sale, repair, leasing, and hosting of electronic "mining rigs" within the country. Regarding the illegal activities at this den, officers from the Economic Crime Investigation Brigade and the Ergong Township Police Station conducted an on-site inventory and lawfully seized the 310 pending-repair "mining rig" devices, ordering the involved parties to immediately cease their illegal actions. The case has now been transferred to relevant departments for further investigation and handling.
