Grayscale submits S-1 application to the U.S. SEC, plans to launch Grayscale HYPE ETF

Techub News reports, according to The Block, Grayscale has submitted an S-1 application to the U.S. SEC, planning to launch the Grayscale HYPE ETF. If approved, the ETF will trade on Nasdaq under the ticker symbol GHYP. Like other Grayscale funds, it will select Coinbase Custody as the custodian and use CoinDesk's benchmark pricing data. The filing also notes that staking of HYPE is currently prohibited, but may meet "staking conditions" in the future.
