Techub News, according to CryptoBriefing, stablecoin issuer Circle has completed a token pre-sale for the Arc blockchain, raising $222 million with a fully diluted valuation of $3 billion. Andreessen Horowitz led a $75 million investment, with participation from BlackRock, Apollo Funds, Intercontinental Exchange, and Janus Henderson Investors.
The company became the first publicly listed company to conduct a token pre-sale before the launch of a blockchain. The Arc chain is not yet online, with a total supply of 10 billion ARC tokens, of which 25% is owned by Circle, 60% is allocated for ecosystem development, and 15% serves as a reserve. This pre-sale ended in early May 2026.
