The specific fundraising paths include a private placement of new shares to global institutional investors to raise about $255 million (with a 2% premium), paired with fixed-exercise-price warrants carrying a 10% premium, which are expected to generate an additional $276 million upon exercise. Additionally, the issuance of 100 million mobile-exercise-price warrants with mNAV terms is projected to raise another $234 million, with the exercise condition being that the stock price exceeds 1.01 times the mNAV. Simon Gerovich stated that this mechanism aims to ensure that each additional share issued enhances the Bitcoin holdings per share and increases shareholder value.
