U.S.-listed company AlphaTON Capital completes approximately $71 million financing and acquires TON tokens

Techub News: US-listed company AlphaTON Capital (Ticker: ATON) announced the completion of approximately $71 million in financing, which includes $36.2 million in private placement and $35 million in loan agreements. The company has currently allocated the first $30 million for the acquisition of TON tokens. Additionally, the company plans to expand its TON holdings to $100 million by the fourth quarter of this year and will participate in the Telegram ecosystem development through network validation, staking, and other methods.
