Techub News reported, according to Jinshi, Wang Chuang, the head of the Second Civil Division of the Supreme People's Court, stated that in 2026, the national court civil and commercial trial system will formulate judicial interpretations regarding civil compensation for insider trading and market manipulation in the securities market. This initiative aims to conduct in-depth research on judicial response measures for new types of financial cases such as private equity funds and virtual currencies, and to further improve the financial judicial safeguard system.
