Techub News reports, according to CoinDesk, Vivo Federation, the digital asset division of Nasdaq-listed company VivoPower (VVPR), has been commissioned by South Korean asset management firm Lean Ventures to advance an equity investment in Ripple Labs valued at approximately $300 million.
Lean Ventures plans to establish a dedicated investment vehicle to hold the Ripple Labs equity procured on its behalf by Vivo Federation, targeting South Korean institutional investors and qualified individual investors. Based on the current market price of XRP, the economic exposure corresponding to this equity stake is estimated at approximately 450 million XRP, valued at around $900 million.
