Previously, Justin Sun had filed a counterclaim regarding the token freeze and removal of governance rights, and accused the project contract of containing undisclosed blacklist functionality. WLFI denies the related allegations, stating that the freeze measures comply with the sales terms and that the governance process is transparent. Justin Sun's side indicated that the lawsuit does not affect his support for the Trump administration's cryptocurrency policies.
