Russia Establishes Unified Testing Standard for Cryptocurrency Investors; Brokerages to Lead Implementation

Techub News reports that Russia has established a unified testing standard for cryptocurrency investors. Brokerage firms are expected to be the first regulated intermediaries to assess clients before allowing them to buy and sell digital assets. The Russian National Financial Association (NAFI) is developing a test question bank covering basic knowledge of cryptocurrencies, risk identification, and investment strategies. This test aims to protect investors and is expected to be officially launched in early 2027. (RBC)
