After Nvidia disclosed a decline in crypto-related sales in November 2018, its stock price fell by approximately 28.5% over two trading days. Previously, the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission fined the company $5.5 million in 2022 for failing to disclose the impact of mining. The case is now proceeding as a class action, covering investors who purchased stock between August 10, 2017, and November 15, 2018. A case conference is scheduled for April 21.
