a16z completes $15 billion fundraising, will focus on investing in AI and cryptocurrency fields

The funds raised by a16z in 2025 account for over 18% of all venture capital allocations in the United States. a16z states that its mission is to ensure the United States wins the technology competition over the next 100 years, with a focus on securing key architectures such as AI and cryptocurrency.
