SBF: Donated tens of millions of dollars to the Republican Party, targeted by the Biden administration's "anti-crypto" actions

Techub News: SBF's X account posted an article he published on GETTR. In the article, SBF stated, "In 2020, I was center-left. By 2022—after seeing Gensler/Biden's DOJ speak on crypto—I was a centrist and (privately) donated tens of millions of dollars to Republicans. Weeks later, Biden's anti-crypto SEC/DOJ came after me. They arrested me weeks before the crypto bill I helped write was set for a vote, the night before I was set to testify before Congress. House Republicans said the arrest was to stop Sam Bankman-Fried from testifying and demanded Gensler turn over information about the 'timing of the charges and the arrest, which raises serious questions about Biden's SEC/DOJ. Gensler lost all his text messages from the time of the FTX collapse.'
