Clarification Statement: Alma, the founder of Techub News, has no founding association with Central Research. Big Demo Day is a public event.

In response to recent false information circulating on social platforms, Techub News hereby clarifies: Alma, founder and CEO of Techub News, has never participated in the establishment of Central Research, nor has she held the position of "co-founder" or any similar role at Central Research; all related claims are untrue. Big Demo Day is a public entrepreneurship roadshow brand event involving multiple parties, which has previously received support from institutions such as Hong Kong Cyberport. Techub News has only participated in certain editions of the event as a co-organizer or cooperating media, and is not involved in the internal governance, personnel appointments, or operational management of Central Research. Simply equating this event to an "internal activity" of Central Research, or interpreting Alma's public appearances as involvement in its operations, constitutes a misinterpretation.

The platform has requested relevant parties to correct the erroneous information and calls on all parties to base their references on facts when citing information. Regarding subsequent content that is deliberately false or maliciously defamatory, Techub News reserves the right to pursue legal action against those responsible in accordance with the law.
