Techub News, Uniswap founder Hayden Adams posted on platform X stating that Uniswap Labs and the Uniswap Foundation have won the patent infringement lawsuit against Bprotocol Foundation in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York. Previously, Bprotocol Foundation and LocalCoin Ltd. accused Uniswap of infringing their Constant Product Automated Market Maker (CPAMM) patent obtained in 2017.
