Techub News 消息，北京时间 11 月 2 日，香港金管局公布四项金融科技措施，涉及代理式金融、后量子密码学、代币化结算与跨境支付。 金管局推出代理式金融管治项目 SAGE，并发布银行应用代理式人工智能讨论文件；与港科大推出后量子密码学 PQC 工具包；EnsembleTX 项目实现代币化存款 24x7 真实价值交易，并拟扩大试验至受监管稳定币。 金管局与数码港推出 tConnect Launchpad；转数快可望于 2026 年底接通银联国际，支持逾一亿商户二维码付款。余伟文称将推动负责任创新与网络防卫。（香港政府新闻公报）
