BlockSec: FutureSwapX contract on Arbitrum chain suffered a loss of approximately $395,000 due to theft

Techub News reports, according to BlockSec monitoring, a suspicious transaction occurred on the FutureSwapX contract on the Arbitrum chain, with estimated losses around $395,000. BlockSec stated that attempts have been made to contact the team, but no response has been received so far. The attacker appears to have stolen funds through multiple changePosition operations, ultimately withdrawing USDC. As the contract is not open-source, the exact root cause requires further investigation. Based on on-chain behavior, it is suspected that the incident may be related to unexpected changes in stable balances during early position updates, which led to the release of USDC when collateral was removed.
