Securitize receives FINRA approval to conduct atomic settlement of tokenized securities

Techub News, according to CoinPost, RWA tokenization platform Securitize announced that its subsidiary Securitize Markets has received approval from the U.S. Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) to enable on-chain atomic settlement of tokenized securities and stablecoins within the regulatory framework, achieving simultaneous exchange of securities and funds.

This approval eliminates the complex processes involving multiple traditional intermediaries, enabling simultaneous delivery of securities and funds. The company has also been authorized to participate in the underwriting and sale of tokenized securities, establishing a full-process infrastructure covering issuance to circulation. It currently manages over $4 billion in assets and plans to list on the New York Stock Exchange or Nasdaq in the first half of 2026 through a merger with a Cantor Fitzgerald-affiliated SPAC.
