Story Protocol has postponed the unlocking of investor and team tokens originally scheduled for February to August.

Techub News reports, according to Bloomingbit, Story Protocol has extended the token unlock for early investors and the team, originally scheduled for this February, by six months to August, in order to reduce short-term selling pressure and market volatility. This proposal has been agreed upon by major investment institutions including a16z and Polychain Capital. After the adjustment, investors will unlock 25% of their tokens at the 18th month post-TGE, with the remainder being released linearly on a monthly basis before the 42nd month.
