Techub News 消息，美国 SEC 于北京时间 11 月 3 日发布通知，加速批准德州证券交易所（TXSE）修改商品信托份额上市标准的规则变更。 该变更允许 TXSE 按通用规则上市交易商品信托份额，无需为每只产品单独提交规则变更；信托净资产最多 15% 可由数字商品及相关证券构成。 提案同时允许主动管理型商品信托份额，并设置披露、流动性、停牌、防火墙与监控等投资者保护要求。（Federal Register）
