Aave Founder: DeFi liquidity is flowing to real-world assets

Techub News, according to Cointelegraph, Aave founder Stani Kulechov stated that DeFi liquidity is increasingly being directed toward real-world assets (RWA) and traditional finance opportunities. He said at the Cointelegraph: Connect event that this trend signifies DeFi is seeking to establish closer ties with traditional financial markets. The observation points out that as institutional investors' interest in blockchain technology grows, DeFi protocols are expanding application scenarios through tokenizing real-world assets. This shift in liquidity is seen as an important development bridging decentralized finance and traditional financial systems, potentially leading to deeper integration between the two markets.
