Morpho Co-founder: Institutional interest in DeFi remains, but trust in pool/hub models is completely gone.

Techub News - Paul Frambot, co-founder of Morpho, tweeted that over the past week he has been in close contact with several large institutions to understand their views on the current state of DeFi. The main conclusions are as follows: Institutional interest has not waned, the core reason being that distribution channels will not disappear. Massive AUM, payments, and lending are migrating on-chain, and every financial institution wants to go fully on-chain. As institutions, there is no alternative; nevertheless, institutions and distributors have completely lost trust in the pool/hub model. They want to have control, including control over code, risk, and compliance, while being able to flexibly isolate the necessary parts and access a globally compatible liquidity network.
