Curve team proposes establishing a special fund pool for the CRV-long LlamaLend market bad debt recovery plan

Techub News, the Curve team has proposed a recovery plan for bad debts in the CRV-long LlamaLend market. The proposal aims to establish a special Curve stable swap pool that can redeem vault tokens, introducing market-driven funds to participate in the recovery without requiring permission or over-the-counter agreements. If the price of CRV rises, bad debt positions can be gradually recovered through de-leveraging and hard liquidation; if CRV falls, the collateral level of vault deposits will not deteriorate further. The proposal also requests the Curve DAO to approve the Gauge for this pool and to retain the management fees received in the form of vault tokens.
