Polymarket Launches User Protection Tools, Adds Self-Exclusion and Deposit Limit Features

According to Techub News, the prediction market platform Polymarket has announced the launch of new user protection and responsible trading tools. Users can actively choose to suspend their use of the platform for 30 days, one year, or permanently self-exclude; US users can also set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits, with a reduction in limits taking effect immediately, while increasing or canceling limits will require a cooling-off period. Polymarket has also established a Trust & Safety Center and partnered with behavioral addiction treatment organization Birches Health to provide mental health resources for users exhibiting compulsive trading behaviors. The platform will also expand its Trust & Safety team and release content moderation standards covering comments, chats, user profiles, and channels such as Discord. (Wu Blockchain)
