Bitwise registers the "Uniswap ETF Trust" statutory trust in Delaware.

Techub News reported, according to Leviathan News, that Bitwise has registered a statutory trust named "Uniswap ETF Trust" in Delaware for a potential ETF linked to Uniswap. This move could allow the company to advance the issuance of an ETF tied to the decentralized finance protocol if it decides to file an application at the federal level in the future. Such state-level registrations typically occur several months before submitting an application to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, and some registrations may not proceed beyond this stage.
