Kraken parent company Payward partners with Franklin Templeton to develop on-chain investment products

Techub News, according to CryptoBriefing, Kraken parent company Payward announced on May 12 a collaboration with Franklin Templeton to develop on-chain investment products, including tokenized money market funds, yield products, and active management strategies, targeting both institutional and retail clients. Franklin Templeton, with $1.74 trillion in assets under management, will integrate its BENJI tokenized fund onto the Kraken platform as collateral. The two parties will also launch active management strategies based on Payward's xStocks platform (with over $30 billion in trading volume), with retail users only having access in regulatorily permitted regions.
