One involves DLS Securities distributing RWA tokens, and the other involves DLS Digital Family Office tokenizing and issuing fund interests. The underlying assets include a limited partnership fund holding the DLS Building in Central, Hong Kong, and a limited partnership fund invested by Animoca Brands. This project becomes Hong Kong's first approved real estate RWA case, marking significant progress for licensed institutions in advancing the tokenization of physical assets along a compliant path under the regulatory framework.
